From West of Route 128 (I-95)
Take Mass. Pike to Route 128 (I-95). Proceed South on 128 (I-95) for less than one mile. Take exit 21/21A to Route 16 East. Proceed on Route 16 East 1/4-mile to the Parking Garage at the second hospital entrance on the right (2000 Washington Street).
Coming from Boston
Take Mass. Pike to Exit 16 (West Newton). Follow Route 16 West for 1-1/4 miles to Parking Garage Entrance on left (2000 Washington Street).
From North or South Route 128 (I-95)
Take Exit 21/21A to Route 16 East. Proceed on Route 16 East 1/4 mile to the Parking Garage at the second hospital entrance on the right (2000 Washington Street).
MBTA
Take Green Riverside line (D Train), outbound, to Woodland stop. Walk out to Washington Street and turn left. Hospital is two short blocks on the left.

From the North and East
Take the Mass Pike to Route 495 South. Continue on Route 495 South to the Route 85 Milford exit. Take a right off the exit ramp to Route 16 (Main Street). Turn right and continue to the intersection of Route 16 and Hopedale St. (Stone's Furniture will be on your right just before the intersection). Turn right onto Hopedale Street and continue down into the center of the town. The building (#54) is set back, just beyond the Post Office on your left.
From the West
Either follow Route 140 South to the hospital or take the Mass Pike to Route 146 South. Continue on Route 146 South to the Route 16 Uxbridge exit. Take a left off the exit ramp and follow Route 16 through Uxbridge, Mendon and Hopedale until you reach the intersection of Routes 16 and Hopedale St. (Gulf Mart will be on your left just before the intersection). Turn left onto Hopedale Street and continue down into the center of the town. The building is set back, just beyond the Post Office on your left.
From the South
Take Route 495 North to the Route 140 exit in Franklin. Follow Route 140 North to the intersection of route 16 in Milford. Turn left onto Route 16 and continue to the intersection of Route 16 and Hopedale St. (Stone's Furniture will be on your right just before the intersection). Turn right onto Hopedale Street and continue down into the center of the town. The building (#54) is set back, just beyond the Post Office on your left.
